Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. 


If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee may apply. This fee helps cover lost time and revenue due to last-minute changes. 


Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a 100% fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re happy to make exceptions when possible for first-time instances. 

 
For certain services or new clients, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill or can be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed time frame.

  
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. In such cases, the late cancellation fee may apply.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a treatment has been completed. The outcome of beauty treatments can vary based on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to the aftercare instructions provided. We strive to ensure clients are fully informed about the procedure, expected results, and required aftercare prior to their appointment.
